An easy soup to warm us up on these cold wet daysđđ
60g butter
2 onions chopped
1 kg carrots peeled and sliced
2 tins tomatoes
4 cups chicken stock
Salt and pepper
Pinch sugar

Melt butter in large saucepan and sauté onions and carrots for 5 mins until golden.
Add tomatoes, stock, S&P and sugar.
Cook gently for 30 mins.
Blend till smooth.
Serve with dollop of natural yogurt a slice of crusty bread.
